5.00I booked this trip for my family of four. We were very excited and had daily communications with Jenny up to the night before our adventure. Unfortunately, my daughter got food poisoning and we could not make the excursion. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Although I cannot comment on the actual experience, I leave this review of Jenny and Patacon Expeditions. Days before our adventure, Jenny was in communication to make sure our experience would be great. Accommodations as to expectations, likes/ dislikes, physical limitations and even beverage preferences were made. I have no doubt that the adventure would have been phenomenal. If we are ever back in Panama, I will absolutely do this tour with Jenny. She and Patacon were compassionate and understanding of our inability to follow through and even made follow up inquiry as to my daughter’s recovery. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see waterfalls and experience the beauty of Panama as I feel confident Jenny would make it a memorable adventure.
