Brasserie de la Senne
20世紀初頭のブリュッセルには、まだ100ほどの醸造所があった。 世界大戦、工業化、嗜好の形式化を経て、ベルナールが2002年にイヴァンと出会うまで、残るはたった1人。 二人でブラッスリー・ド・ラ・セヌを創った。 形式化された甘いビールは苦味に屈した。 現在、ツアー＆タクシーのサイトにある4500㎡に設置され、テクノロジーをビールのサービスに取り入れています。 今回の訪問では、産地へアクセスしていただきます。 そんな感動的な施設でクラフトビールがどのように作られているのかを知る機会。 最後は、醸造所のフラッグシップビール4種のガイド付きテイスティングで締めくくります。

5.00Great tour of De la Senne with Adrian. It was fantastic to get a full understanding of the brewery and its processes. Having a tasting of four of their beers afterwards was just the icing on the cake! I had a group of 23 people and they all enjoyed it, even those that don’t usually drink beer.
