Do Eat Better Experience ニース料理ツアーは、ニース旧市街を巡るウォーキングツアーです。地元のエキスパート家が案内し、厳選されたレストランの詳細、調理法、その他関連する驚異を隅々まで説明してくれます。

ツアーでは、様々な種類の職人のオリーブオイルを試飲し、その製法を学びます。または、クラシックなニースの屋台料理はどうですか？ヒヨコマメ粉を使った特製の香ばしいパンケーキ「ソッカ」や、オリーブとアンチョビのオニオンタルト「ピサラディエール」もぜひ味わってみてください。または典型的なプロヴァンスワインのインビベ。そして、ツアーの最後には、地元のコンフィスリーの新鮮な自家製アイスクリームと甘いお菓子を食べてみましょう。

My wife and I have just come back from an 8 day touring holiday to Scily. This was our first experience of Riviera Travel and we were most impressed. Our holiday rep Paul Temple was superb, always super helpful and a real credit to the firm. Also our driver Michele was so good, always on time and so polite and caring, plus his skill in driving was clear to see. Our local guides were also excellent and really brought our trips to life. Well done everyone!

Isabel was a fantastic tour guide! We learned some of the history of Nice, she told us about a few of the historic buildings, and we were able to experience some local food and wine specialities! We loved learning about olive oil and truffles from a family member of the business..that first stop may have been my favorite. Walking around helped us get oriented to the city as well—so helpful! Isabel pointed out how to get to Castle Hill, another must-see of the city. At about 2 miles, and pretty flat terrain, this is a walking tour most anyone could (and should!) take. Loved that we got to sample food AND wine—and we were able to choose between red, white, or rose. All the food and wine was included in the price of the tour, which felt like a great deal.
