1.00Do not go through this company that is in bad faith and has questionable business practices. Cocktail workshop of 2h advertised and invoiced vs real service of 50min (or 780€ per workshop pr 11 people). Refusal on their part to acknowledge the difference between the service performed and that advertised when the claimant confirmed to us that myEVJF had booked a workshop of 1 hour when we validated a quote and paid a service of 2 hours. Justification myEVJF: we also pay for the time taken to set up the service provider, which is totally aberrant and unjustified. We also booked the Koh Lanta for which the time charged corresponds to the actual service without counting the preparation time of the service provider (which incidentally is as much or longer than for a cocktail workshop).
