Flexible but needed better communication

2.00We appreciated the flexibility of the operator to add additional passengers and to pick us up at a different port than was originally booked. The tour itself was in a warm ride and the no one could hear beyond the first row. The operator should be prepared with facts regarding the tour locations beyond generic descriptions that could be read from the street signs. We opted to cut the tour short due to the heat in the ride making some of the passengers very uncomfortable. He is just starting out and will get better but right now still has some work to do.
