Smooth entry and a great audio guide that really enhances the visit. Seeing Michelangelo’s David with the background and stories explained made a big difference. Well organized, easy to use, and definitely worth it.

This is a complete scam. Many people that were part of this group were left stranded outside the Galleria dell’Accademia and weren’t able to go in. The “host” tried blaming the problem on the short notice booking, but many others in the group booked weeks ago and were still just left there. This conflicted with his other excuse that the exhibit was very full that day and that they buy the tickets for the exhibit each morning. All lies. Numerous people from multiple time slots were left standing there with nothing. No host to greet anyone. Nothing. Also, standard tickets are 20 euros directly from the venue and these guys charged $50 per ticket, so they severely up charged for nothing.

Don't go with EU Tours.. No one from the company showed up at the meeting spot. They eventually sent me a text with a phone number to call but it didn't work so after 45 minutes of waiting, the Viator representative on site just gave me a ticket for a 10:45 entry, though my original time had been 10:00.
