  Incredible day with Andrea. He was prompt and professional. We had a scripted plan, but made a few modifications along the way that turned out to be better! Highly recommend.

  This is NOT A TOUR it’s a private transportation. The car and the drivers were good, but this is not a Tour I repeat.

  I highly recommend NCC Ferdani La Spezia for tours. Our ship arrived in port several hours late, and Fabio Ferdani was so helpful in moving our tour to a later time. When we met our driver, Fabrizio, we found him to be very friendly and informative. He helped guide us to the best sites to see in Pisa and Florence. Fabio and Fabrizio combined to make our delayed tour amazing!

  Our driver was a great man , Alberto took us every we ask him for , and he managed the time perfectly, and i have the best chat with him about the Italian food , he told me some nice recipes and show us beautiful sights of pisa and florance… I recommend him and the tourist company for sure 🙏🏻🤍

  Paulo was a wonderful driver. Although he only spoke a little English, he worked hard to tell us about his knowledge about the area. His driving was very safe. He was on time at every pick up and dropped us in very convenient locations. He also had a map and waters for us. The van was extremely comfortable. So much better than a 10 hour cruise ship tour where they talk your ear off the entire time!

  Great driver. Comfortable clean car. On time. Dependable. It isn’t really a tour but we understood that. Knows the back roads in case there’s a traffic jam like there was on our way back to the shop

  Save your money and take any other tour. The driver was not where we told he would be after exiting our ship. This was our day that we thought would have the most history of our trip so I was willing to pay for it for our family of six. We paid almost $1,400 to be driven to Florence and given a map of the attractions and told to meet back in a few hours. The only thing he pointed out as we left town was a train station. The same attention was given in Pisa. I believe they could do better for the price you are paying. We booked an English speaking driver, and his was very minimal which is why he was unable to point anything out. I’m only given 2 stars because Fabio the manager did get the driver to the right location when I contacted him
