  Terrible experience. I paid over $500 for an excursion that was canceled due to high winds. While I understand that weather-related cancellations can happen, the only alternative offered was a nighttime excursion. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me because I was leaving the next day and already had plans that evening. What makes this even worse is that the operator texted me and stated that I would receive a refund. I have saved text messages showing this promise, yet the refund never happened. Since then, I have sent multiple text messages, made phone calls, and sent emails trying to resolve the issue, and I have received no response whatsoever. I even disputed the charge with my credit card company, but because of the company's terms and conditions, they were unable to help me recover the money. Be very careful when booking with this company. If they cancel your excursion, you may not receive the refund you were promised, and getting a response afterward appears nearly impossible. Extremely disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience.

• The Experience That Didn't Take Flight

  Call before you head there....we spent money for transportation and when we arrived they said they had mechanical issues. It was 7 of us scheduled for the experience which was not sold out. We definitely feel this is why it was cancelled. The tour an hour later looked like it was happening and we never saw a mechanic appear.

• Social time in sky is only 25 minutes not 35

  Start time was 4:00 —— we showed up at 3:30 & were ushered to a sports bar that apparently is 100% seperate from Fly Dining. I asked Fly Dining if I could buy a glass of wine while in sky. I was told no beer. No wine. Just cocktails. We finally lifted up at 4:35. 35 minutes behind schedule. It was a beautiful view —- “fried” cheese was first, then a chicken skewer, then some plantain chips w some squishy fruity something. The chicken skewer was good. The scenery gorgeous. It was a bit scary but pretty good. After 25 minutes, at 5:00 they brought us down.

  Our experience was a really cool one. I’m not sure if it told us in the fine print or not but we were 100feet in the air! It surprised me how fast it rose top the top! The food was good, the music was as well. The view was breathtaking! I did enjoy the experience!
