  The tour program was comprehensive, covering different aspects of Kuwait City and the desert. Unfortunately, due to the preparations for Ramadan, the Mosque and the Museum were closed. Nevertheless the guide gave us good information about other sites that we visited

  Walid is a great tour guide. Explained to us the history of Kuwait and brought us to many places. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who will visit Kuwait next time! Enjoyed very much with Walid!

  We had a very good time during our tour of Kuwait. Everything was arranged to suit our schedule, we were picked up from the airport and taken on an entertaining drive around the highlights of the city, and later to the desert. I booked this tour completely last minute, but our guide responded promotly and was very communicative. Thanks to this tour we spent our long layover in Kuwait in a fun way.

  The tour was amazing! I had booked a full-day tour, but unfortunately the car broke down and we could only start in the afternoon. Since I was passing through Kuwait again a few days later, my guide Walid Amer picked me up directly from the airport and even let me join that tour complimentary. Walid showed us so many cool and interesting places. We explored Kuwait City with its museums and markets, but also went outside the city into the desert, where we could pet camels and explore abandoned places. I can 100% recommend this tour, and especially Walid. Communication via WhatsApp was fantastic from start to finish.

  The guide did not contact me, when I contacted him the night before he told me that the excursion would only be half a day. I asked him to cancel, which he did after various teetering, and I arranged otherwise, however I strongly advise against this person.

  Had an amazing time! The tour was fantastic and tailored to those of us on the trip. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you are there for just a short time.

  The operator cancelled this tour but failed to notify me proactively. I had to contact him myself, which I did the day before the tour soon after landing into Kuwait just to be sure, which I normally do when I book tours and was repeatedly assured the tour would proceed despite a “car breakdown,” even shortly before start time on the day of the tour. What I could not understand is when he knew the car had broken down one day before, why was he trying to fix it on the morning of the tour. My tour was scheduled to begin at 10am. Anyway, this violates basic reliability even though the operator apologized which actually did not solve anything for me. Not recommended if you have just a day in Kuwait like a short layover or stopover in the city like I did. Very very disappointing indeed. Even the Viator agent who was polite and apologetic could not confirm anything and only offered a full refund which I had no choice but to accept which resulted in a complete breakdown of my plan to see Kuwait. Still waiting for a full refund as promised and at least some kind of compensation or proactive gesture of goodwill for my next booking on Viator in the event I decide to book through Viator.
