  Amazing animals safari in Rwanda with my colleagues, within a short free period of our business trip in Rwanda we have booked the safari in Akagera one of the best national park of Rwanda, The company has provided excellent service and Richard the guide was friendly and passionate for his career job, he knows animas for any type and size. we did all park from southern to northern and have definitely enjoyed the safari, i can' wait to give recommendation for any one wish visit Rwanda and especial Akagera, Plan and Book Universal they are The Champion.   We had amazing safari in Akagera park, We spotted elephants, giraffes, lion, buffalo, and many antelopes, all in just one day. The park's scenery was stunning, with lakes and savannah stretching endlessly. the company did good job through the guide john, Highly recommend for a quick yet immersive wildlife safari tour experience in Rwanda.   We had an amazing one-day safari as couple at Akagera! The game drive was filled with sightings of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and even lions. The park’s landscapes were incredible beautiful from open savannah to amazing lakes. this is A perfect short adventure that gave us a real taste of Rwanda’s wildlife safari . we can't wait to recommend this safari and book with confidence this tour operator he is the Best.   Amazing safari with a flexible company owner, Emmanuel from Universal Rwanda was good , caring and responding to all our needs, my husband and I planned the safari on last minutes and the guy was available for a simple call and agreed our request. Our purpose was to see the big five and we saw faux in big five which is not bad because we sow a variety of wild animals. We did a boat cruise in ihema lake which was a complimentary to our safari and form there we sow crocodiles,hippos and beautiful Birds. Thank you Emmanuel and your entire team for best safari in Rwanda. We will recommend you to our friends and families.

  My friends and I spent a full day inside the park, we had incredible day, animals were so friendly with us and we have been able to explorer in deep the park with our best guide Chadi, He did good job for entire period with him, we will definitely come back and enjoy others Rwandan safaris with this company.   An unforgettable safari experience! Despite booking last minute, Emmanuel contacted me promptly with my drivers contact and pick up information which made everything seamless. John Bosco came bright and early and was an incredible guide! His kindness, deep knowledge, and skill in spotting animals made the tour exceptional. He was able to answer all my questions, take my photos, and even manage to keep in touch with other guides in the park to ensure we didn’t miss a single sighting. He even brought binoculars to ensure I could see the wildlife closer. This truly went above and beyond my expectations to make the day exceptional. We had a coffee stop on our way to the park, and lovely lunch that were a nice touch too!   We could n't ask a better offer and best experience than what we got from Universal Company, we did incredible one day Akagera safari from our hotel in Kigali, each stop over point was significant and animals behaviors is some thing attractive and enjoyable, Dodos our guide did good job from the pick up to droop off in Kigali, we are 100% satisfied with the service provided with this company.   My colleagues and I did a full day safari in Akagera, it was so excited with all of us, we sow Animals from the park entrance to the exit, we have been lucky to have Kennett as our guide for a full day, his professional, kindness and patience is top notch, he deserve 100% .
