5.00Had the best experience and Jools was really fun and engaging and put in great effort and felt comfortable the whole time. Jools was super funny and also a great driver and insightful with information! We both cannot wait to do another tour again perhaps the puffing train next.

5.00Was a very scenic tour. Me tour guide Rhys was funny and made sure I had a good day. The sunset at the loch arc gorge was very beautiful and many pictures were taken. The lunch and dinner were ok.

5.00This was a very exciting experience and we got to see a lot of new things and really pretty scenery. There were also a lot of pit stops in between for bathrooms and snacks, which was convenient; the guide, Michael, is also really enthusiastic and passionate about this tour. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
Great time with Michael as our tour captain who went out of his way providing us with insights with places of interest.

5.00MICHAEL was an excellent guide. He helped get us to the right spot at the right time. He was very knowledgeable and animated. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It was quite a windy road to get there, however, MICHAEL managed to make sure that we were ok. He went out of his way to help us find some koalas in the wilderness. You can’t go wrong with this tour. It was very worthwhile.

5.00First our tour guide was Raquel and she was super nice. First not only was she our tour guide but she was also our driver, DJ, photographer and many more. I fell like even though it was stretched deep into the night, I could still fell the energy that was brought from Raquel she attended to every need, listed to every problem and tried to help. She also prepared a morning TEA just for us. There were coffee, hot chocolate and muffins. Raquel also gave A LOT of suggestions on where to take photos, where to eat and overall was very considerate and detailed about what we saw like what Koalas eat, the name of baby kangaroos and ETC. Raquel offered to send everyone right to their doorstep after the trip was over and even then she still kept us informed about everything we saw. Overall a very good tour guide and deserves a promotion as I believe this was above all expectations so THANK YOU Raquel.
