• Awesome land tour with Ian from Spectacular Tours

  We took a cruise with Celebrity cruise line and one of the ports was Grenada. If you book excursions with the boat it’s so expensive. We were walking into the town and was met by a man named Ian Baptiste. He owns Spectacular Tours. He asked what we wanted to see and took us on a private tour. We saw landmarks, beautiful scenery and a waterfall. He filled us with lots of information bout places we saw and visited. We also stopped at some shops owned by the locals. We saw firsthand the herbs that they grow and held them in our hands with a wonderful demonstration of what they do with them. There was also a local bar there that sells their products. We sampled their rum punch as well. We were then taken to a beautiful beach to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommended Ian and Spectacular Tours. His prices were great. $45 per person. So respectful of what you want to see and do and made sure we were back in plenty of time. You won’t regret your time with him.

  This was an outstanding, comprehensive, all day tour. We saw so many things more than we expected to. We had plenty of time at each scheduled stop, plus many more enroute stops and vistas enroute. Our driver Derron was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and his insights to island life / Granada culture added significant extra value to the tour. We never would have appreciated the island as much if we'd tried to do this tour on our own, nor would we have been able to tackle the hilly, curvy island roads as well. So very glad we did this tour - it was absolutely the highlight of our island visit! One thing to be aware of - booking here on TripAdvisor doesn't appear to work, nor does booking on the company's website (at least at the time of this review). We had to contact the company directly using WhatsApp to book, which felt a bit clunky and unprofessional here in the US but appears to be the normal method of communications in Grenada

  The trip did show several different areas of Grenada, but too much time spent on bus and not really enough time in some areas. The Rivers distillery was a valuable experience. Annandale falls was rather small, and we believe the Seven Sisters Falls might have been a better visit. Stop at Grand Etang park was disappointing--only to visit a few touristy shops for a few minutes, rather than to walk in to see some of the rain forest, maybe some wildlife. Belmont estate was charming. Tour Director "Tony" was rather terse often, and at times seemed impatient with questions or inquiries.

  My husband & I enjoyed this tour (12/2/2022)very much. Our driver, Peter was a great & the van was newer & comfortable. Everything was as stated in info for the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour.

  Fantasiac views and beautiful country. Our Guide was Tony who kept the trip interesting and fun. Providing us many facts about the history, culture and everyday life of Grenadeans. My favorite part was the chocolate tour, tasting a cocao bean flesh and learning about the different locations. Also the other Rum distillery tasting tour. This was a great tour and I suggest bringing your questions and a towel for the waterfall.

  This is truly the best way to see the island! We were able to see all but one of the parishes! I enjoyed getting to see different parts of the beautiful island of Grenada. I can’t think of a better island tour that is as comprehensive! Highly recommend!

  Tony was my tour guide. He arrived on time to pick me up. He was courteous, friendly and welcoming. He was a great driver and shared his knowledge of Grenada, her people, history, food, spices and so much more! I really enjoyed my tour. Grenada is beautiful and Tony helped me see it through the eyes of a local!!!

  Dwight Gibbs our tour guide and driver is a well known athlete from the island and a great driver, very knowledgeable and not shy! The bus was great for a very full day. I was able to get a monkey to come out of the trees which jumped into my back, was lots of fun.
