韓国語の家庭料理でご飯がどのように使われるかを学びながら、ジンバップ、ビビンバ、韓国語の卵巻き（ジェランマリ）を作ります。 それぞれの料理は、シンプルな文化的文脈で紹介されており、体験が簡単で有意義なものになっています。
地元のホストが居心地の良い家庭的なキッチンでホストを務めるこのクラスは、リラックスした少人数制で、英語に優しいガイダンスと、温かくパーソナルな雰囲気を提供します。
また、韓国語スープで食事を楽しんだり、自分で料理を持ち帰ったり、記念写真でその瞬間を捉えることもできます。

What To Expect
この韓国語料理体験教室では、韓国を代表する3つの料理 、 「 ビビンバ 」 「 ジンバップ 」 「 韓国語巻き卵焼き（ジェランマリ ） 」 を通して、毎日の韓国語料理でご飯がおいしくなる方法を学びます。 まずは韓国を代表するスタイリッシュな料理、活気あふれる韓国語ビビンバから。 そして、自分でキンバップを転がす。簡単に作れて、視覚的にも魅力的で、手で作るのも楽しいので、いろいろな楽しみ方ができる、多目的なフィンガーフードとして最適です。 地元の味を反映した慶州風ごぼうジンバップをイメージしたバージョンや、家庭で簡単に作れる料理など、ジンバップ作りを学びます。 最後に、独特の食感と楽しい調理法で人気の韓国語巻き卵焼き（ジェランマリ）を作ってみましょう。 クラスはビギナー向けで、英語ガイド付きです。少人数制の居心地の良い家庭的なキッチンで行われます。 調理後は韓国語スープと一緒にお食事をお楽しみいただきます。 また、持ち帰る残飯を詰めて、思い出の写真を撮る時間を設けることもできます。 クラスは2名以上で実施します。 一人旅の方も大歓迎です。日程の変更や別の予約への参加をお願いする場合があります。 準備のため前日までにご予約ください。

5.00We spent a lovely lunchtime at Jade’s Korean Kitchen, learning how to cook stylish multi-layered omelettes, ssambap, and bibimbap. The small, beautifully decorated blue house provides a cosy atmosphere, with all the ingredients for traditional Korean cuisine carefully prepared. Everything we cooked turned out absolutely delicious. We went there as a family of four with our two teenage daughters, and they enjoyed the cooking just as much as eating the dishes afterwards. We even have leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch! Jade is a very attentive teacher and a wonderful host. Thank you so much for this truly enjoyable experience, including the lovely pictures and even a funny highlight video. Gamsahamnida, Jade 🙏

5.00I had such a great time at the bibimbap cooking class! The ingredients were fresh, the instructions were easy to follow, and the final dish was absolutely delicious. It was a fun and memorable experience—I highly recommend it!

5.00This was one of the highlights of my trip to Gyeongju. The host was very welcoming and made the class easy and enjoyable to follow. We made gimbap, bibimbap, and a Korean egg roll. Everything was so delicious. It was a fun and meaningful way to experience Korean food and culture. I highly recommend this experience!
