Half-day Medellin Tour with Sofia

5.00My wife and I did the half-day tour of Medellin with Sofia, and she was fantastic! We are learning Spanish and were in Colombia to participate in a Spanish language immersion, so we requested that the tour be conducted in Spanish. Sofia was happy to accommodate us and it greatly enhanced the experience. We also appreciated her flexibility (we had time constraints due to an upcoming flight), her deep knowledge of the city and its history and her manner, which was professional but also warm and personable. All-in-all, a very enjoyable tour of Medellin!

Fabio not only knows deeply the history of the place, but also tells it with a passion and authenticity that really connects you to the community. He showed us the murals, the escalators and shared stories that helped us understand the transformation process of the area. In addition, he was always attentive and willing to answer our questions. 5.00Our tour was great! Julian was fun, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He had a nice car, he was a very good driver, and he knew all about the history of Medellin. He was so gracious to go at our pace, to take photos of us, to find us restroom and water stops, and to carry my umbrella! Near the end of our tour, we told him that we wanted to shorten the end of the tour, because we wanted to see the largest mall in town, and we also wanted to have Bandeja Paisa. He happily adjusted the tour, and we all went to the mall, walked around and ate Bandeja Paisa! It was a great tour, and we highly recommend Julian!
