What To Expect
Vatnajokull Glacier

5.00Thoroughly enjoyed this activity. Wonderful way to get onto the glacier and explore all it has to offer. Reasonably challenging. Not an activity for those with mobility issues. Our guide was Hugo was fabulous. Highly recommend this.

5.00We had the opportunity to make the visit alone with Kalia guide which allowed us to go further and see incredible landscapes. The guide was super friendly and very well explainable the geology of the glacier. And we had a bonus in that the guide put us to play at the snow throw. We adore

5.00Worth every penny! The guides were so knowledgeable and attentive. Felt like we had new friends by the end of the trip. A lot of thought is put into these trips and the team did everything they could to ensure we had the best experience. Communication was fantastic too. The tour took about 5hours or more, we walked around 5k to the ABC caves. It was magical. Would 100% recommend and go back!

5.00Hands down one of the highlights of our trip! We did the 5-hour glacier hike with Jose and loved every minute. He made sure we were well taken care of the whole way. Driving right up to the glacier (instead of hiking the long approach) was such a bonus. The blue crevices and views from the top were breathtaking. Can’t recommend it enough!

5.00Our hike was phenomenal. Our tour guide Kate was very knowledgeable and did a great job integrating information about the glacier and Iceland into the hike. She tailored the hike to the ability of our small group so that it kept my teenage boys challenged. Would highly recommend.

5.00We lucked out by getting a small group of three for our tour, which was awesome. Our guide, Ásta, was so energetic, personable, and fun to go out with. This was a one in a lifetime experience that I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Iceland!
