5.00Working with TPE was so easy from start to finish. I had an opportunity to interact with the office staff initially. They were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. I connected with my scheduled photographer, Takara, before my arrival to confirm my details. After arriving I had to request a change in the start time of my shoot. Takara was also very accommodating. She arrived on time and we had an awesome shoot. TPE delivered my pics to my email quicker than I expected. My pics are beautiful. I highly recommend their services

2.00I had booked this 3 weeks in advance, a week before a photographer WhatsApp messaged me personally and arranged a time and date. The day before I messaged him 3 times to confirm and he ignored and then blocked me. Incredibly childish and unprofessional. I spoke to the company who arranged another photographer. They sent me an inexperienced child and his mother. The photos were unclear and unprofessional. When I complained about this the company failed to respond. Save your money and get members of the public or passers by to take the odd photo for you, or even get a selfie stick, will come out tonnes better!
