  Terrible, they left us hanging despite receiving confirmation of the day and time; afterwards, they did not respond either on the phone (of the tour) or anything. Fortunately, Tripadvisor responded to me very quickly and refunded my money.

  Had an amazing experience with the TROLLEY hop on hop off in Dallas with our friends from Australia. The guide was exceptional. There was only one other family on board and it was a wonderful number of exclusive stops and we learned a lot about Dallas even though we’ve lived here for 26 years. Highly recommended.

  My title is no lie. She has been doing this for years and you can tell she enjoys it. She taught us many interesting facts about Dallas and allowed us to stop for awesome picture opportunities along the way. Bessy, our trolley, is so cute with air conditioning and big windows for nice views. What I like about this tour is you can see a general summary of what’s in Dallas for 1.5 hours. You can hop on and off and you can pick up on the tour 90 minutes later where you were last dropped off. The schedule and map of the tour is posted right above the exit to the trolley and is very easy to understand regarding when you can catch the next trolley. You could stop multiple places and see what’s there, then continue on. So we decided to stop at Farmer’s Market for a nice relaxing lunch and some shopping and get back on the trolley to continue the rest of our adventure.   Easy pick up at Dealey Plaza, Some great local historical info. Thank you Dinah!!! Wonderful drive around Dallas, great way to say lots in the heat. Stopped at Deep Ellum for lunch, art, vintage items and cool books. Very vibes little area.
