  We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our tour guide, Unuruu (“Flower”), and our two excellent drivers, Mr. Toulga and Mr. Nyamka, for making our 12-day Mongolia trip (11–22 September 2025) such a memorable and enjoyable experience. To our greatest Guide, Unuruu (“Flower”): You are one of the best tour guides we have ever met. Always leading from the front, you guided us safely and attentively throughout the journey. Your service was exceptional — checking our rooms, showing us how to operate the heaters, ensuring our meals were prepared, and even inspecting our Ger camps before we left. We also deeply appreciate your help in arranging the delivery of our friend’s backpack to Hotel Nine and your constant updates along the way. Your thoughtfulness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. To our amazing & wonderful drivers, Uncle Toulga and Nyamka (Father & Son Team): Thank you for your safe and careful driving throughout the 12 days. You were always friendly, helpful, and considerate — keeping the vehicles clean and stopping for breaks whenever needed. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of in your company. You brought the beauty of Mongolia to life — from the thrilling off-road drive across the Gobi Desert, to the peaceful nights in Ger camps, majestic sand dunes, fascinating museums, stunning landscapes, and the warm-hearted people of Mongolia.
