5.00My driver showed up on time. The van was a brand new Mercedes. His English skills were excellent and the conversation made the longer trip enjoyable. I highly recommend him.

1.00Do not book an airport transfer with this company. If you have any last minute airline delays or changes on your arrival time at the airport, they will refuse to pick you up and will take advantage of the 24 hour cancellation policy and keep your money. Airline changed the arrival to 3 hours later and Annalisa said no car was available then but also refused to issue a refund. Extremely unprofessional for an airport transfer company. I have never encountered this in years of booking airport transfers. You're better off just paying more and booking a Blacklane car, which is what we ended having to do since this company refused to provide service. Blacklane, you'll pay more but you will be assured that a professional company will pick you up no matter your airline changes and they have a 1 hour before cancellation policy.
