Max is so knowledgeable and the perfect guide to enhance your Parisian food and culture experience! Prepare to be introduced to little gems in the city, some of the most delicious nibbles you’ve had in your life and an overall entertaining afternoon!

  What a delight. Viewing Paris through the eyes of an earnest fan, Max has curated a perfectly packed tour that explores the fundamentals of Parisian/French cuisine. Between noshes, quick-fire culture, and yummy facts of AOP standardization, you will be faced with the grueling existential question of—what the heck am I doing living if not in Paris? As if I didn’t already think of that enough. Max’s fervor for the city’s culinary landscape is deeply impactful, shining through—because he not only knows what he’s talking about—but because he meets you with a warm countenance and an “all are welcome” attitude. He is a wonderful access point to a history/industry that can so easily feel gate-kept—and if that’s not enough, you’ll end up on a boat with some bubbly, okay? Paris is certainly adorned by those who’ve built it, that’s clear; but its connoisseurs like Max, perpetually learning and sharing, that remind us of the city’s incomparable magic. I left with a modest french smile and a tummy full of patê and fromages…. book the tour.

  We joined Max for a walking tour in Paris during Spring 2026, and it stood out as the highlight of our entire visit. Max led the experience with genuine passion and deep knowledge.   This was the highlight of our family’s trip to Paris! Max is an incredible guide and more importantly an amazing storyteller of the food of France. We learned so much and ate very well. This experience was beyond your standard food tour and got at the heart of what it means to eat in Paris and France. In addition to the fabulous tour, Max gave us personalized recommendations for restaurants and bars unique to our discussions that day and where we were staying in Paris. Bravo Max!

  I’m so happy I booked this tour — it was absolutely incredible! Max is an amazing guide: charismatic, fun, and full of fascinating stories. The whole experience felt very personal and unique, like discovering Paris through the eyes of someone who truly loves it. The tour just flew by. Every stop was a little surprise — from the best croissant to incredible cheeses, chocolates, and champagne. You can really feel the quality of every place we visited, and the stories behind the products made everything even more special. And the ending… just wow. The private tasting on the boat on the Seine was such a magical moment — relaxing, beautiful, and the perfect way to finish the tour. I enjoyed every single minute and would 100% recommend it to anyone who loves food, good vibes, and a different kind of Paris experience.

  Fantastic experience with Max. He is very friendly and gave us with a lot of good information regarding the provenance of the different bread, cheeses, and wine, etc tasted on the tour. He provides ample food so don’t have a large breakfast before the tour. The quality of the food is excellent. I highly recommend this food tasting tour.

  I am so happy I found such an amazing guide.!Max is very charismatic and super cool. Absolutely incredible exprience. If you want to deep dive into local food ,understand culture, and feel the vibe , it`s a high time to do so Highly recomend it ! Definitely 10/10
