  I am so grateful and blessed that I had the opportunity to visit this cultural experience. I learned so much about the different tribes and how they lived and what they had to endure on a daily basis. The lunch was exceptional.

  I don't usually write reviews, but I simply couldn't pass up the opportunity to share our incredible experience with our tour guide, Lucky Mtsweni. From the moment we began our tour of the Lesedi Cultural Village to our private excursion through Soweto and the Apartheid Museum, Lucky’s deep knowledge and infectious passion for his country made all the difference. His ability to bring history to life, paired with his warmth and engaging personality, turned every stop into a meaningful and unforgettable experience for both me and my husband. We learned so much, and it was evident that Lucky truly cares about sharing the rich culture and history of South Africa. I wholeheartedly recommend the tours offered by Exploriana Tours and Safari, and if you get the chance, please request Mr. Lucky Mtsweni as your guide—you won’t be disappointed!

  We arrived in South Africa with a group of 20. Lucky was our tour guide in Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Soweto over a four-day span. His knowledge of the country and its history was stellar!! We toured Nelson Mandela's home, Hector Peterson Museum, The Mandela Statue at the Union Building in Pretoria, he also took us to Lesedi Cultural Village, he showed us the good, bad and ugly of Soweto's townships, and Constitution Hall. He also took our group to two authentic South African restaurants for lunch (Sakhumzi and The Harv Table). Both offered delicious meals and great service. He answered all questions from our group and displayed a passion for his job and the service he provided. The thing that made this tour most memorable was, I told Lucky my husband and I use to live in Pretoria in 2013. A asked if he could drive us to our old street and allow us to walk on the street one more time. He googled the address fulfilled our request and we were in heaven and forever grateful. If I were to return to South Africa with a group, I would use Lucky without hesitation. He is truly the best in the business. I highly recommend Lucky and his services.

  It was great, immersed in lessedi culture and learn their very rewarding history and their all-you-can-eat buffet cuisine Women make jewelry with beads on site very pretty. The guide was great, the guide put me at ease right away and explained bcp about the Road, our passages and I learned a lot.
