  Incredible experience and one of our highlights during a recent visit to St. Kitts. The ride up the mountain was beautiful and our guide extremely knowledgeable and interesting. The farm and walk through the rainforest was beautiful and what a great lunch! Definitely recommend! This was a great alternative to doing the hike - we weren't quite up for the intense hike but still wanted a chance to see this beautiful part of the island.

  We met JR (driver) and Tiem (Tour guide/manager) in the Fraites bakery parking lot at 9 am for our 4 1/2 hour journey. The ride up to the farm took roughly 45 minutes of very slow off-roading in a former military transport vehicle on an old military trail thru the lush rainforest and stopping at the Liamuiga Natural Farm (LNF) 1500 feet above sea level. Tiem provided an education along the way to explain everything we passed. Once we arrived, he gave us a thorough tour of the farm. We learned all about the former Philips sugar plantation, coffee plants, productive/non productive trees, free range chickens, future expansion plans and much more. We were then treated to an exceptional brunch (made with items harvested from their farm) by an amazing chef and his staff in the tranquility of the isolated farm in the middle of a rain forest with views on views. We ended our tour with a return trip back down the road to civilization, thanks to JR and his excellent driving skills.

  We just got back from the Liamuiga Farm trip and it was very enjoyable and informative. We were met at the pickup point by Tiem and Junior and we were off. It’s a bumpy ride up the side of the mountain but with Tiem chattering the whole way, pointing out things of interest and lots of history it goes by quickly. Once at the farm we hopped out for a walking tour where we were shown the farm. It’s quite obvious the pride Tiem has for the place, and he is quite knowledgeable about the plants, the techniques and the farming life. Trip was capped off with a meal served family style, everything so fresh and tasty. Nothing processed—- all from the farm. The coffee ice cream itself was worth the ride up! Don’t hesitate. This is a fun and informative day. The peace of the place stays with you. Props to Junior for his driving! No chance that is as easy as he made it look!!

  The tour and the tour guide was great helpful and courteous. The farm was beautiful with a variety of local plants. The experience and knowledge was very interesting a lot to take in. The guide was talking a bit too much giving so much information it was overwhelming. I was however very disappointed with the rest of the tour! The food was a limited vegetarian small spread that was not filling. Also there was no time to just sit and relax in Nature as we were rushed back after our meal. Unlike the first time I visited breakfast was a huge spread, then lunch and we got time to relax and unwind in nature. The one thing that was most disappointing was we got no water! not as we got on the truck, not after a 45 minute walking tour or with our meal!

  We had an amazing time on the farm tour! Our group ranged from 8 months to 66 years old, and every single person enjoyed it. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and made the tour both educational and entertaining. The property is stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience felt authentic and welcoming. One of the highlights of our trip to St. Kitts highly recommended!

  My husband and I just visited, we were very impressed with how much information we got and how much we learned. Tiem, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We did not know there were so many different fruit plants/ trees growing here as well. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.   This was a fabulous tour! Time the tour guide was lovely & beyond knowledgeable about the farm. JR did a great job driving. Be advised the ride is very bumpy so if you get motion sickness I recommend a Dramamine before. The lunch was all farm to table & so delicious!

  Our family had a wonderful (rainy) time at Liamuiga Natural Farm. The grounds and rainforest are absolutely beautiful! Providing umbrellas for the rain showers was a nice touch. Tiem was knowledgable and engaging during the ride and tour, especially for our kids (ages 8 & 11). Lunch was delicious, mostly vegetarian but saltfish and chicken were also on the menu; ending the meal with the most amazing coffee ice cream was a real treat!
