5.00Great tour! Yula was super informative, friendly and kind. She took us all over Lugano at a nice relaxed pace. By the end, it was like we were old friends. The tour is as flexible as you want it to be. She gave us some great local recommendations, including a fabulous lunch spot after the tour.

5.00Great tour, interesting and informative about the area. Yulia was also flexible enough to incorporate our wish to take a ride on the funicular into her route; she dropped us at the funicular and even helped me navigate buying the tickets.

1.00Guide di Not show up. We were at meeting place 15 min prior to trip. Not happy at all considering cancelling the rest off our Viator trips. Had an Italian guide with a different company take us in. He tried to call Viator and got no answer! I am demanding a refund.

5.00We arrived at the meeting place in time. Yulia messaged us via WhatsApp to let us know where to find us. Not all guides do this. So, this was a plus for her (and us). She was knowledgeable about the area and flexible in how much time we spent at each spot. We highly recommend her for her expertise and easy going manner. Lugano is a beautiful place. We are very happy that we had her as our guide to get to know the place.

5.00Yulia was an INCREDIBLE guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was very happy to let us go at our own pace and ask questions about the different sites that she showed us. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Lugano. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and learn some interesting information about its history.
