  Would love to have my money back we did not get to snorkel and they did not tell us until we got to the excursion Booked it through our hotel through Amstar. Nobody told us that because of our age over 60 we could not snorkel.

  The whole trip, crew, and experience was amazing! However, our highlight was the photographer Ricardo Rodriguez! We had forgotten some expensive items that we had bought on the island and thought we would never see them again. When we got back to our resort we messaged him through instagram (Earlier that day he and my wife had followed each others photography pages) and he was able to go back to the island the next day and get them. He then went out of his way to get them to us from 45 minutes away! Such a great tour and an awesome crew! Thank you Ricardo!!

  

  

  

• Company refused to fix mistake

  We booked the Isla Mujeres sailing experience. We called the company two days before to confirm our reservation and our hotel pick up time. We were picked up at our hotel as planned but taken to a different excursion. When we attempted to speak with staff, we were told they would not take us to the correct excursion. We were also told we could not get a ride back to our hotel if we did not get on the wrong excursion. We then called the company’s office and were told they would fix the error. With no ride back to our hotel, we had no choice but to get on the wrong excursion. The staff on the boat were wonderful so I only have positive comments about them. While on the excursion, the company left a voicemail apologizing because it was their mistake and asked us to call them back to rebook the correct excursion. When we called the company back, they changed what they said and refused to give us a refund or a discount. They also wanted us to pay another $357 to rebook the correct excursion!! I have emails and a voucher to confirm we paid for the Isla experience which we sadly never got to experience. The staff on the catamaran get +5 stars The remainder of the staff in person and on the phone get -5 stars

  The music and service were great. It was too windy to do the water activities, but the crew made the experience really personal and fun.
