5.00We had a great experience. Our driver, Dede was friendly, professional and helpful. He gave us a lot of suggestions about restaurants. Beautiful, clean SUV. On time. Pleasant ride to our hotel. Definitely do recommend this company. Had no issues.

1.00I booked the VIP service to pick me up at the airport. There was no one there to greet us. I had to ask several people in the airport to help me. They looked at my voucher and knew who to call. I waited in the heat for over 30 minutes. The driver finally showed up. All I got was a sorry. No drinks no snacks as stated in the VIP description. I paid $36.00 for a one mile ride to the hotel. Definitely not worth it. I was fortunate to cancel my return's “VIP” service to the airport.
