• Spectacular experience in Machu Picchu thanks to Isao

  We had an excellent experience in Machu Picchu, thanks to the impeccable service of Isao, our tour guide. From the first contact he proved to be extremely professional, punctual and attentive. The night before the tour he wrote to introduce himself and explain clearly where he would be waiting and remind me of important indications. He kept an eye on the arrival of the train and sent me a message confirming that he was already outside waiting for us, which gave me a lot of peace of mind because there are many stops and changes to get from Cusco to Aguas Calientes and it can feel overwhelming for those who do not know about the process. When the train arrived, he met us immediately. Throughout the process, Isao was very helpful: he gave specific instructions, made sure we met all the requirements and guided us in an organized way so as not to lose any details. You can see that you know the place and the procedure perfectly. Already inside Machu Picchu, his explanation was extremely interesting and complete. He is very knowledgeable about the history, details and cultural implications, which made the visit even more charming and meaningful. He was also friendly, compassionate and very helpful throughout. An unexpected “plus”: know all the perfect angles for photos and many during the tour. Honestly, I didn’t expect to have practically a photographer included with the tour, it makes sure we have beautiful memories forever. I highly recommend the company and especially Isao as a guide. It is safe to be with a serious company and an excellent guide.

  I loved this experience very much. My tour guide was isao and alfe, they were very nice and patient. One day isao had to step out, so alfe was our guide,when we were going to rainbow mountain, one of the hardest hike I did, he was able to lift up my nine year old cousins up the Mountain. Alfe was very patient and kind with us. Isao was also very good, it was 11 people he had to take care of. He was able to settle on what some people wanted and what other people wanted. He was very patient,kind, and informative. I’m 12 years old and I loves this trip!

  We had an amazing experience on our tour, thanks to our fantastic guide, Isao. Traveling with a large family, we had many needs, but Isao was incredibly flexible and accommodating. He was always patient and punctual, and everyone truly enjoyed his company. We highly recommend this tour!

  Isao was an absolutely amazing tour guide! He answered all our questions not only about Machu Picchu but also about many other topics, including economics, politics, and general life in Peru. He kept our interest the entire time. I am impressed by his knowledge and would recommend him to everyone.

  Amazing experience, Javier Flores was super knowledgeable and a great guide throughout the whole trip ! He made the trip more fun and more of a learning experience from start to finish , I could not recommend him and this tour enough , it was a phenomenal experience!
