From the moment we met her, it was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems. She explained everything in such an engaging way and answered all of our questions with insight and enthusiasm. Beyond her expertise, Gabriella has a fantastic personality, warm, personable, and genuinely passionate about making sure her guests have the best possible experience. She went above and beyond to tailor the tour to our interests and made our visit truly memorable. One of the things we appreciated most was how much extra effort she put in to help us beyond the tour itself. She connected us with a wonderful driver for our trip to Valle de Bravo, which made that part of our vacation seamless and stress-free. Thanks to Gabriella, our time in Mexico City was not just enjoyable, it was outstanding. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone visiting the city. 5.00I booked Frida Tours for 4 hours in Mexico City. I enjoyed my tour so much I extended the tour to the entire day and then booked the next day, too! The guide was fantastic with a wealth of knowledge of history, culture and made excellent recommendations. She was kind, friendly and spoke English perfectly. She tailored my tour to what I wanted to see and added places that I would have missed and they were the best. I extended my trip and she even found and booked a perfect hotel in Condesa for me with a discount. I’m a shopper and she took me to shops in the historical center and I purchased a couple of fabulous pieces of jewelry and again she secured a discount. I highly recommend Frida Tours. I will never again have use a US travel agent to make arrangements for me in CDMX. Frida Tours is the best!
