最初に立ち寄るのは、1979年から提供している地元のスポットで、フランスの影響を受けてできた新鮮なペストリーと濃厚なカンボジアのアイスコーヒー。次に、間違いなく私たちの最も人気のある朝食、ストリートサイド、バイザックチュルクをサンプリングします。

トンレサップ湖の食材でバナナの葉で蒸した国民食「フィッシュアモク」の調理風景と味わいが見どころ。

そして、竹馬で暮らす自宅の隣にある3代目のコックが作るカンボジア最古の麺料理「ノムバインチョク」に飛び込む。

地元の食材や伝統、カンボジアの農場から食卓まで続く食文化を学ぶことができるブーンチュック・マーケットを探索しましょう。焼き肉や春巻き、地元民とお茶を楽しみながら、迫力あるストーリーのバッタンバン名物「ミコラ」を試食。

最後の立ち寄り先は、本当に待つ価値のあるサプライズ料理。

A really great way to taste the best of local food in Battambang! Our amazing tuk tuk driver/guide Mr Sam took us to some hidden places around town for a truly authentic experience. All delicious. Make sure to come with a good appetite!

I did their iconic foods of battambang morning tour after being recommended by a fellow traveler and it was more than i could have hoped! Not just amazing food (and so much food!!!) but I loved the stories about each stop and actually seeing some dishes being made.... and I really loved the surprise at the end!!! Definitely recommend.
