5.00We rented a scooter for 3 days and it was an overall great experienced. After some texting via Whatsapp the Bike was dropped of at our homestay early in the morning and we had absolutely no troubles with it for the 3 days. Returning the bike was as simple as getting it. And their prices are incredibly low.

5.00Fantastic bike hire and customer service. We hired two bikes today, Lee was so helpful from the start, whatsapping us as soon as we made a booking request and it was straight forward from there. Lee and her husband met us at the train station where we collected the bikes. They gave us a clear explanations of the bikes and some tips on riding as it had been a while. Lee and her husband then met us back at the station at the end of the day to collect the bikes - so easy! The bikes were great, perfect for spending a day exploring Ninh Binh! Thank you!!

5.00We rented a 135cc scooter for three days to explore while staying in Trang An. It was a great bike and ran very smoothly. Lee was very helpful and dropped the bike to our restaurant within one hour of me messaging her. Great service, would definitely recommend! Also having a scooter made it very easy to explore Trang An, would recommend doing this over a tour.

5.00I bought Kim, the manager, a manual motorcycle, and he guided me through town to find an ATM. Then at the purchase, we changed the oil and it also helped me find straps. Having ridden with this manual and not having felt experienced enough I went back after falling off the bike. Fortunately nothing serious, yet Kim and his wife were very understanding and took the manual back to me at the same price minus the damage caused and the 2 days of inactivity. For me the trip will be by bus and rent the vehicles locally, but for others who are considering buying (or renting), this is the best possible place. Kim and his wife are adorable and great, they will not hesitate to help you no matter what trouble there may be.

5.00Lee and his sister were so nice and helpful throughout the whole rental process. I messaged them when and where I would arrive, and they brought the motorcycle to meet me there. I lost the key at the very end, and they were so kind to not even charge me for the mess up. I highly recommend renting a motorbike from them if you want a reliable, friendly transaction where you know you will not be scammed.

5.00I was on a short time trip to Ninh Binh and it happen that I rented a motor cycle .... the service of Ms. Lee is so exceptional not only she delivered the motor cycle on given place and time but also she picked up the same at the railway station late night too.. Flexible Affordable Pretty decent motor cycle Respectful Ms lee was also helpful as she assisted me with local tourist attractions near by.

5.00We did rent a motorbike and the experience and service was great. It is a perfect region to have it and if something happen they will be there immediately. We had a small issue and they came in less than 10 minutes with a replacement motorbike. I definitely suggest to book with them! Thank you very much Si necesitais una moto, no dudeis en contactar con ellos!
