ナイロビを午前6時に出発し、風光明媚なキクユ高地を90分間スムーズに乗り継ぎ、午前7時30分までにマウントロンゴノット国立公園に到着します。 朝は登山に捧げられ、火口縁までの3.1kmの安定したトレッキングは、大地溝帯とカルデラ内の緑豊かな森の壮大な景色をハイカーに報います。 リムを制圧し、基地に降り立った後は、キファルギフトショップでリラックスしたランチで旅は終わります。街に戻るドライブの前には、地元の味を給油したり、ケニアの本格的な工芸品を鑑賞したりすることができます。

Amazing Mount Longonot Hiking Experience

5.00I had an incredible hike at Mount Longonot. The trail was challenging but well worth the effort. Reaching the summit rewarded us with breathtaking views of the crater, the Great Rift Valley, and the surrounding landscape. The park was clean, well maintained, and the staff at the entrance were friendly and helpful. We spent about 5 to 6 hours completing the hike and part of the crater rim walk, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos. I recommend carrying enough water, wearing comfortable hiking shoes, and starting early to avoid the midday heat. This is a perfect adventure for anyone who enjoys nature, fitness, and spectacular views. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.
