  First, when you book to go to this day resort, you have no idea you have to pay $25 just to get there. You would think a resort would have transportation from the port to their location. Then when you get there, you have to sit in cheap plastic chairs, that sink in the same when you sit at them. The chair is sitting under a tiki umbrella that attracts black crows. When nobody is at your table, the crows land and eat food from people’s plates. The food is just okay and the drinks are weak. My niece drank 12 in 4 hours and wasn’t the least bit intoxicated. Finally, there are only about 20 lounge chairs on the beach and several are “reserved” for their hotel guests. Worst day resort ever. Will never return nor recommend to anyone visiting Cozumel.

  We arrived there and we're seat ed. Our waiter took our order. 30 mi uses later we received our drinks. It was over an hour that we received our food. The drinks were weak and the food was awful. Would not reccomend this place.

  They were very nice and treated you like they loved doing their job. Drinks were delicious. Food was ok but I would definitely visit again if I come this way

  Great experience, very nice place. The food & service was really good. We loved the ceviche & grilled shrimp. Carlos was our server and he was amazing, he's located near the massage area & beach front. The drinks are not great, but they still get the job done! They were watered down.

  This review is long overdue. My daughter and I had the best time. Ariel and company did a fabulous job of taking care of us. Jetski rental was reasonable coming from a Floridian. Wish we had more time this day as it was great. Note: if you want loungers get there as early as you can. We got a table which worked just fine for us.

  This was our fourth visit to Mr. Sancho’s, our first time with our teens. Service was excellent, and the amenities were great. We bought the inflatables pass for my husband and kids, and we loved it. I had a massage, and it was excellent. We have previously rented the jet-skis, gone parasailing, snorkeling, and just chilled at the pool. This time around, the seaweed was a bit much, but that did not stop us from enjoying the beach. The pool was jam-packed because of the seaweed, and the kiddos splashing pool water in your drink was not fun. I do wish they had an adults-only section or pool.
