  Cecile was very knowledgeable, pleasant and organized. She led us through an informative tour of Mont St. Michel, complete with legends as well as facts. We had a great time and I highly recommend this tour and guide.

  Mont St-Michel can be very crowded and we were visiting on a holiday. Our tour guide from Overlord, Jean, reached out and arranged an early departure so we could beat the crowds and have the best experience. He was absolutely right. Jean shared all the history of the Mont, laced with stories only a local would know. He led us expertly through the village to the Abbey. He knew the best photo stops, too. Because it’s a 90 minute ride to-from Bayeux, we discussed and learned so much about agriculture, cuisine, regions of France, history and more. A truly wonderful day.

  The day was perfect. Clear skies and the tour guide was fabulous! Florence was warm, she read the group for our needs, and answered all of our questions.   We had an excellent tour of Mont Saint-Michel with Cecille. She was very knowledgeable and paced the tour to our needs. We would not have understood the history and details of the different rooms and areas in the Abbey without the insights of our guide. She also provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on the island.

  Florence was a wonderful guide. We had a bit of a mix up connecting, but once we did connect everything went smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and we really got to know and understand the place. Although the Mount and Abby were crowded, she guided us through several back alleys and passageways which made the tour feel unique to us. After the tour, she left us and we did further exploration and had some lunch as well. A wonderful day.
