• Amazing trip from Travel Store Turkey

  I had an amazing trip to Istanbul via Turkish airlines (which was a really nice flight on its own) with a great itinerary that Mr. Erkan was able to customize for our preferred pace of travelling. We were able to see all the major sites with well informed tour guides who really made sure we got the full experience of each location. We stayed in a hotel that was walking distance to major sites like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and also the Hürrem Sultan Hamami (Turkish Bath). We flew to Cappadocia via Pegasus airlines and stayed in a beautiful cave hotel that the region is well know for. We got to see the village atmosphere of Turkey. We went during the off season, and while we were not able to go on a hot air balloon due to bad weather, we were still able to see the beauty of winter with the added benefit of less crowds. Everything was planned for maximum efficiency from transportation to destination. I highly recommend Mr. Erkan and travel store turkey.

  My cousin & I visited Turkey in February 2025. We visited Istanbul & Cappadocia. We had an amazing time!!! Mr. Erkan Turka from Travel Store Turkey helped us organize the itinerary for the trip. He is incredible. He’s a one man operation, always accessible via text on WhatsApp, constantly checked in on us while we were in Turkey & made us feel very safe & taken care of throughout our trip. We did a guided tour of all the major historical & cultural sights in Istanbul (Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar, Topkapi Palace) & the rest of the days in Istanbul, my cousin & I explored on our own (Grand Bazaar, Galata bridge & tower, the Bosphorus port scene, Arasta Bazaar). Mr. Erkan was very accommodating of our requests & it was so nice to meet him in person! The entire trip along with transport for pick ups/drop offs was seamless & so smooth. We took a domestic flight to Cappadocia via Pegasus Airlines & spent 3 days there seeing the beautiful snow covered landscape. Our hot air balloon rides were cancelled due to weather, which was a bit disappointing but understandable…safety first! However the history behind Cappadocia & the winter wonderland landscape made up for it! I would highly recommend Mr. Erkan & his tour company. He was the only tour operator who responded to my WhatsApp text immediately & customized the itinerary based on my preferences. So thank you for an unforgettable & safe trip to Turkey Mr. Erkan!!!!

• Perfect tour experience for solo female traveller

  Erkan arranged and customized this tour for my 20-year old son, and it was amazing. He had the best time. Two days in Istanbul (got to cruise the Bosphorus and spend some time on the Asian side as well as the usual sights), two days in Capadoccia (awesome balloon ride), a day in Ephesus and a day in Pamukkale (parasailing over the travertines - wow!). Definitely a trip to remember. Very well-planned. The hotels were chosen well, and my son loved the food everywhere he went, especially the traditional kebab in the clay pot.   We went on an 8 day trip to Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Hierapolis. We were all really amazed by the agency's quality of service, availability and friendliness. We had special wishes to change the itinerary before and also during the trip and everything was done to our utmost satisfaction. Very professional and customer oriented. E.g. the balloon trip got cancelled in Cappadocia due to weather conditions, but they still managed to present us an option of doing it at another place on another day without us even explicitly asking for it. • Responsive & Reliable Private Tour

  I found Travel Story via TripAdvisor. Booked a private tour for 2 persons from Istanbul to Cappadocia, onwards to Ephesus and Pamukkale. All of the pretravel arrangements were answered promptly via Whatsapp. We were greeted in each city by their affiliates, so we got to meet 3 different guides over a period of 6 days. All our lady guides are informative, friendly and true foodies; so we got to eat like the locals. A minor hiccup at the end but Travel Store was quick to respond. If you're traveling between Istanbul, Cappadocia and Pamukkale in autumn, expect some rain and be prepared to toggle between 2 weather systems; Steppe and Mediterranean.

  Istanbul is one of the best cities that I've managed to visit in my entire life. It was very interesting to get to know it closer, see all it's hidden treasures, feel the atmosphere and take home something more than just a photo (although the photos also came out wonderful!). Very glad, that I chose Travel Store Turkia as a guide in this trip, how many things I could not see and do not understand, if they were not with me!! I am satisfied with the services and friendly attitude of the agency and fellow travelers. I hope to come again and take a new tour to see even more interesting and unforgettable beauties than this time. Maybe next summer? Thank u very much dear agency, see ya!

  Erkan is the best tour operator i can suggest, he arranged the tour, the way we wanted and suggested changes accordingly, Erkan & his Wife Dilek are friendly & warm people, We really enjoyed Bosphorus cruise dinner and the other activities with them. Travel Store is available for help 24x7. Once you book your tour through them, forget all your worries and enjoy. "TRAVEL STORE" is the best.
