5.00We did the private Mon Saint Michele and Normandy Omaha Beach tour. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish! Laura was incredibly helpful and very easy to deal with. I had made an error in my booking by choosing the wrong date, and she could not have been better at working with me to fix this! Superb customer service!!!!! Marc was our tour guide and he was fantastic!!!! He reached out the day before to confirm where we would be meeting and offered to stop for coffees if needed. He was incredibly friendly and was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. We would 100% recommend him as a guide! Our only regret is that we didn’t make it an overnight in Bayeaux to explore the town/area more. It was a really fantastic day!!!!! Thank you Laura and Marc for providing such wonderful service for a very memorable and enjoyable day!!!!
