古いトビリシツアーは、トビリシの美しさを感じるのに最適です。このツアーでは、友人のような知識豊富なツアーガイドと一緒に、旧市街の小さな通りを歩きます。さらに、カラフルな通りの背後にある秘密を発見し、美しい伝説や物語を聞くことができます。しかし、日中に街を探索すると、いつまでも心に残る印象を与えることができます。

まずはリケ公園から歩き始め、旧市街を通り抜けます。メテヒ教会、シオニ教会、人形劇場、時計塔、アンチスハティ教会、平和橋などの壮大な建物や重要な場所を訪れます。次に、少し散歩した後、トビリシの鳥瞰図を楽しむために、ケーブルカーでナリカラ要塞とジョージアの母に行きます。その後、要塞から歩いて降りると、街の中心として知られる硫黄浴場に移動します。私たちはLeghvtakgeviの滝にたどり着きます。

What To Expect

Narikala Fortress

ツアーはナリカラ要塞を訪問することから始まります。そこでケーブルカーに乗り、要塞まで移動し、その素晴らしい建築と史跡を楽しみます。歴史によると、この構造は 4 世紀にシュリツィヘ ("Invidious Fort") と呼ばれるサーサーン朝の城塞として確立されました。 7 世紀以降のウマイヤ朝 (Umayyads) によって、建築家のダビデ王 (1089 年 - 1125 年) によってかなり拡張されました。モンゴル人はそれを「ナリン・カラ」（つまり「小さな要塞」）と改名しました。現存する要塞のほとんどは、16 世紀と 17 世紀のものです。 1827 年、要塞の一部が地震で損傷を受け、取り壊されました。城内を散策できます。ナリカラ要塞からは、大きく異なる 2 つの景色を見ることができます。壁の片側にはにぎやかで慌ただしい街が見え、反対側には植物園として知られる静かで平和な森が見えます。

像は1958年にソロラキの丘の上に建てられ、1958年にトビリシは1500周年を迎えました。著名なジョージ王朝の彫刻家エルグハ・アマシュケリが、ジョージ王朝時代の民族衣装を着た女性の20メートルのアルミニウム製フィギュアをデザインしました。彼女はジョージ王朝の国民的性格を象徴しています。彼女の左手には友人として来る人に挨拶するためのワインのボウルがあり、右手には敵として来る人のための剣があります。

We had a wonderful tour of Old Tbilisi with our guide Lucas. The visit was fascinating, and the wine tasting was an excellent addition to the experience. Lucas is a young, dynamic, and highly engaging guide who knows his city extremely well. He shared many interesting stories and insights, making the tour both enjoyable and informative. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

A walking tour with lots of historical and geographical insights, including a welcome stop to sample quality wines. Lela was a wonderful guide. Very personable and knowledgeable with excellent English and a good sense of humour. We would have missed many of the little streets and hidden gems if we were on our own. Be prepared for hills and cobble stones but it’s nothing most people can’t handle.

Lely was a wonderful guide around the city. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us, as we are little bit older and needed a couple of breaks to rest. Lely made the tour very interesting and showed us some beautiful areas of the city which was even more beautiful at night!

Our tour guide was wonderful. So much local knowledge, but always checked how much we wanted to know. Her English was native level immaculate (despite it being her fourth language!!). She was native Georgian (we even bumped into her mother!) and had so many insights into this country’s rich history and culture. The wine tasting was amazing.
