5.00What a great day in Olden, made memorable by Benji and staff with Olden Active. Kayaking the Fjord just as the weather was breaking was magical. Very easy access in and out, great gear provided and thorough instruction with safety always a priority provided the best experience. Just a small group so we were able to chat and experience this guided tour without feeling pushed along or excluded. A truly great experience!

5.00Although I regularly SUP, neither my husband nor I had ever been kayaking before. We needn't have worried. We were given dry suits and some basic guidance about how to paddle by a lovely guide called A (I'm sorry, I don't know how to spell her name) who then helped us climb safely into a tandem kayak. We were lucky enough to be the only booking and to have her to ourselves so she took us under the bridge and a short distance upstream, before turning and going with the flow back into the fjord. The conditions were perfect, the views amazing and A's guidance, knowledge, excellent English together with her readiness to chat and answer our questions, made for a perfect morning. We really had such a great time and would recommend this experience to anyone.

5.00We were lucky to have the tour to ourselves as a couple. I have never kayaked before and am not a great fan of water sport but was made to feel perfectly comfortable on the water. The pace of the tour was gentle and there are lovely views. Our guide and all the other staff we met were friendly and helpful. All the equipment required was provided and fit for use.

5.00We kayaked as a family with teenagers. The weather was not ideal but we all had a great time. The team are really well organised and professional. All staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The equipment is good quality and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

5.00Benji and both Amelias were very nice and excellent guides! This was my first time kayaking and Benji gave a quick lesson before we went out on the fjord. It was very helpful. Views of the surrounding mountains were gorgeous, rain or shine. One thing I would say is the water shoes we were given were wet. So bring an extra pair of socks to change into or a small towel to dry your feet after the excursion.

5.00We had a great time Kayaking as a family of 4 despite the rain. The organisation was excellent with dry suits and shoes provided which meant even though it rained throughout, we finished dry (but cold!!). Would highly recommend but make sure you book direct!

5.00We did the kayaking this morning. Very well organised. The guys were very helpful and informative and injected some great humour into the activity. We were very well kitted out with wetsuits and shoes and the kayaks were all reasonably new. The star of the show however was the Fjords. Incredible.

5.00Kayaking with both guides was great. Knowledgeable and focused on safety. Parking was difficult given the hoards from the cruise ship. Great way to experience a fjiord.
