We took a class with Ian and Saiful. We were greeted with enthusiasm got right to washing our hands, aprons and name tags on which I truly appreciated as Ian was able to call us by name and we got to meet and chat with the other people. Ian was so knowledgeable and made the experience a relaxed and fun environment. We both learned so much and would truly recommend this to anyone visiting Italy. We got to eat the food we made including 2 types of pastas and dessert plus we had wine with our meals. We left with a culinary certificate, recipe book and pictures. We also had the chance to purchase some goodies from our experience. Truly a 10/10 and a highlight from our Italy trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful time making our own pasta and tiramisu. Alessandro was awesome! He was engaging, friendly, funny and passionate about food, cooking and bringing people together. We brought our kids (13 and 15) and both said multiple times, unprompted, how much fun they were having! Alessandro, we truly thank you for your efforts and kindness!
