5.00What a Wonderful experience to be in an authentic working kitchen in Sliema with fellow traveller's learning the mystery of pastizzi making!!! Michela was gracious, knowledgeable and patient with all her students. She makes the process very accessible and gives us confidence to try this at home. I love her next generation passion and new ideas for this Maltese tradition. Well done and congratulations on your work life balance achievement!

5.00This was brilliant! We love pastizzi as a family so when the chance to make them came we couldn’t miss it. It was great fun, Miki the host was really lovely and welcoming. Her passion for Maltese food culture was clear and she patiently helped us make our own pastizzi, they were fab and we’ll be making them back in the UK!
