  My flight arrived 30 minutes early, but when I got out the driver was already waiting for me, with a sign with my name, and I was quickly whisked off to Luanda. I found Costa Phoebe easy to deal with and would definitely use them again!

  I had an extremely positive experience with the Transfer Service from Costa Phoebe in Luanda. The driver Gouveia was punctual, helpful and very kind. The car was very comfortable, very clean and with air conditioning that brought comfort to the Mood. The contacts made with the Enterprise were always promptly answered, even on Sunday. Certainly, on a new opportunity in Angola, I would again hire the services of the Enterprise. Costa Phoebe is an extremely professional, honest and secure Enterprise.

  This is one of the best memories of my recent stay in Luanda. I was captivated by the professionalism and know-how of this car rental agency. By the rigor and punctuality of the driver who drove me. I've rarely seen such a serious agency on the continent. I highly recommend.

  Amazing service. We arrived at Luanda airport and as soon as we were out he was waiting for us at the exit door with a sign with my name on it and it was so professional that we decided to book it for our return and he was early again, which is very rare in Luanda( do to traffic, etc). No doubt we recommended 100%

  We rent the hilux for about two days.it is wonderful.the car is in good condition.the drivers are nice, and punctual and know road very well.what is more the company is a great company which try its best to sovle customer's need.last but not least,their price is affordable.if you need to rent a car,just contact them.you will love it.

  We hired the services of Costa & Poheb to make transfers from airports to hotels and vice versa and also to do some Tours in Luanda, Benguela and Lobito. The entire Costa & Phoebe team was inexorable in the services provided. Professionalism, Sympathy, Honesty and Safety are very important qualities that all the Staff possesses... A well-being to António (Director) and the Drivers Bartolomeu, Bongo and Gerson who accompanied us on all transfers and Tours...
