1.00Already unhappy about poor communication with Crusade and Trip advisors systems. We waited for 20 minutes for our guide to arrive, having walked for 25 minutes to get to the meet point, when we received a text message to say that the tour was canceled due to illness. Poor communication and customer service.

5.00Xavier Meurisse was an excellent guide. What a wonderful city it is which Xavier knows so well. Our tour was well managed & in a morning my wife & I believe we saw the best as well places that most tourists would not see. Xavier’s enthusiasm for his city was infectious.
