  My family and I had a private tour for the 12 of us led by Sandro. He’s outstandingly knowledgeable and gave every effort to make sure we had an enjoyable, engaging and memorable experience. I’ve been on a couple of tours around the Colosseum and Roman Forum over the past couple of years and this year with Sandro’s deep understanding and expertise I’ve learnt a whole lot more. Legend!   I had an amazing tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and our guide Marta made the experience even better. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting historical facts and stories that really brought the ancient ruins to life. You could tell she’s passionate about Roman history, and she explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to understand.

  We began our tour with Marco. He informed us that if we were looking forward to waiting in lines, we were sure to be disappointed on our tour. Sure enough, he was right! We were remiss that we got to skip every line instead of waiting in them like we had planned to do. Afterwards, he gave us a very comprehensive tour of the forum and colosseum that made learning about the history of the place feel more like entertainment than a boring day at school. Marco has spoiled us and set a new standard for what to expect on a guided tour.

  We had an excellent experience with Leah as our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and made our trip very special. She was responsive to our needs and made sure we had a great experience.
