  From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the atmosphere was warm, inviting and full of good energy. The hosts were not only incredibly kind but also truly knowledgeable and passionate about their cooking. All in all, I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who loves good food, great company and genuine hospitality!

  I was surprised how much I have learned in such a short time, the Italian couple gave everyone a warm welcome and explained everything very good. The little group of people was also a very nice mixture, Australia, the UK, and I from the Netherlands. I am going to make recipes at home for sure. It was a wonderful experience, thanks!

  A truly wonderful experience and an all-round great evening with the friendly hosts Corinna and Simone! Corinna gave us precise instructions and the results - ravioli, gnocchi - with Corinna's sauces - and the tiramisu were delicious! We liked the fact that all the pasta dough was used. It was a lot of fun and thanks to the recipe booklet we can cook it at home.

  We had a wonderful time learning from Corinna! We used simple ingredients to make the most delicious meal. Corinna is definitely a professional, sharing her techniques we hope to duplicate when back home. She is welcoming and patient, and even shared her family's special mirto with us. We left full, happy and more educated - highly recommend!

  Simo & Cori gave us a warm welcome into their home. There were 4 of us in our group, and we were offered coffee or wine upon our arrival. The menu consisted of us making a pasta Fresca for dinner and for dessert. We enjoyed learning the ingredients of Sardinian pasta, and the preparation. Cori is a very patient and thorough instructor, and we loved working along side her. The end result was so delicious and the time spent was relaxing and very tun! I highlighy recommend this experience! Thank you Cori & Simo

  THE BEST! The best food, the best people and the best experience. Our favorite night of our entire trip. Do not hesitate to book - this is so much more than a cooking class, it felt like a family dinner! I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you to Corinna and Simoné for the most incredible evening in the countryside. We loved every moment.
