  The homemade dishes are neat, note a well served French veal head. Mood is warm and comfortable. A particularly well chosen wine list. A wide and beautiful choice of wines by the glass, which is becoming rare now; among others, a Corbin Michotte in burgundy, a Mellot in smoked pouilly.

  Excellent stop on the way back from the holiday in Bort les Orgues. At noon I ate at the brasserie Le Marmontel on the terrace under the trees a very good menu of the day at 14.50 €, starters, main Service, dessert wine and coffee included. 3 starters proposed, I have a speciality homemade, pâté potatoes, then main course, tagliatelle with carbonara, then choice of desserts. Hearty and cheap, really good!

  We had such an amazing experience with Liselot! She has such an excellent knowledge about beer, and she explains things with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. The tour was overall very fun and interactive, we have learned not only about the brewing process, but also little anecdotes about beer and stories about the old Brussels. Beer tasting was amazing and cherry on the cake, we have even mixed the beer with the typical belgian pralines which made the tasting even more interesting. I would highly recommend this tour to any beer lover, or simply to everyone that is just curious about it. I personally did this tour with a friend of mine, he is really passionate about beer and knew way more than me and I was just really curious. We have both enjoyed it a lot and now he can´t stop talking about what he has learned with his german friends.

  Liselot did a very very good job. You can tell that you studied a lot about beers and you can feel the passion for what she does.Always a smile, always fun and a lot of things still to discover about her "beerworld".

  With a couple of friends, we took the beer tour combined with the chocolate tasting and where truly impressed by the authenticity this tour offers. Its a great and very fun way to get to know the city and more about the beer culture and chocolate in Belgium. Our guide was passionate and very well prepared with a good sense of humor as well. Would highly recommend for families, friends and even business trips or team buildings. Will definitely book one of the other tours when back in town.
