  Our guide Koen, who just happens to be a medieval historian and reenactor was the BEST! With him this was not your typical tour. He KNOWS Bruges and took us to places, with tips about where to go and what to do afterward, that one does not always get. For one, the Den Goude Karpel fish restaurant is worth finding and reserving (across from fish market). Bruges is such a cool, romantic city and we are happy we were fortunate enough to start seeing it with Koen.

  A tour with a genuine map maker and historian was amazing. Koen took extra time with us and was willing to cater to our every whim and answer our many questions about Bruges. A true scholar and enthusiastic guide.

  Wonderful tour! Absolutely loved this tour, saw the beautiful city but also learned all the rich history of Bruges too. He was very passionate, Knowledgeable and kind. This was a highlight of the trip!

  We had an awesome experience with our guide Raf. A true local of Bruge who went the extra mile, in compromising weather, too ensure that we saw all the highlights of his hometown !

  VIGOR CLIUS is an excellent guide. His love of Bruges coupled with his wealth of knowledge made the tour. Walking the streets he brought the city to life in medieval times. He showed us details easily overlooked. I highly recommend this tour for a day in Bruges.

  Raphael is a local born and bred guide with a rich knowledge of the history of Briges as well as personal anecdotes that make the story come to life. A good listener as well so as to make the tour customized to our interests. Saw the high spots over 2 exhilirating hours. Would highly recommend the tour and Raphael in particular.

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide as extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about Bruges. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We saw and learned about the history of Bruges that one book would not have covered. Highly recommend.

  Dmitri was a wonderful guide. He also works as an elementary school teacher and he is a gifted story teller. He was hugely informative and totally charming. He made the tour come alive. We were sorry to see it end. Recommend Dimitri most highly. You’ll be glad you picked him

  We had been told that Bruge was a beautiful, must-see city, but we had only one day there. Our private tour (four of us) with Coen was just what we needed: a knowledgeable and personable guide with an obvious interest and education in the history of the area. He listened to our questions and answered them, rather than depending on a prepared tour speech. We felt that in our 2.5 hours we saw a lot of Bruge and learned much about the history of the city and its early importance to the world economy. We highly recommend this tour.
