The Best Birthday Charter – Coastal View Charters’ Crew (Brad, Shakira, and Sharice) are Superstars!

5.00My wife chartered a private boat with Coastal View Charters for my birthday on Tuesday, June 9th, and it was absolutely flawless. We had beautiful weather, unlimited drinks, and a brilliantly smooth ride, but what truly made the day unforgettable was the crew. While the owner, Captain Ricky, wasn't there himself, his crew of three—Captain/Mate Brad, Captain/Mate Shakira, and Stewardess Sharice—went above and beyond. All three had genuine, fun, and exciting personalities that elevated the whole trip! Captain Brad delivered a great introduction and safety message, while Sharice showed off her talents by putting on the safety vest with pure character and enthusiasm (her dancing kept the vibe so fun!). Captain Shakira took us out of port with total ease as we sailed toward Christophe Harbor and Nevis, while Brad gave us fascinating history lessons on the coastal waters. Midway through, Shakira anchored the boat, and the crew convinced me to get in the water (I did it with a life vest, sorry, lol!). I got comfortable enough that Shakira actually gave me my first-ever snorkeling lesson, and it was AWESOME. She was patient, concise, and articulated her instructions as if she were genuinely invested in my learning, all while maintaining total professionalism. Thanks to her, I saw the most beautiful sergeant fish—my first time seeing fish underwater! Because the trip wrapped up a bit sooner than they anticipated, they went out of their way to accommodate us by dropping us off right at the Park Hyatt port where we were staying. In short, I can't imagine a crew of three working together who could have topped our experience. Captain Ricky, you are truly blessed to have Brad, Shakira, and Sharice in your Coastal View Charters family! I will definitely try to book with you again when I come back to St. Kitts, but only if I can have this same crew (otherwise, oh well, lol!). Highly, highly recommend Coastal View Charters. (P.S. Nice Boat, But Service Could Be More Attentive

3.00We chartered this boat while visiting St. Kitts on a cruise and overall had a good day on the water. The boat itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It was comfortable for our group and clearly a quality vessel. Where the experience fell a bit short was with the level of service from the crew. For most of the trip they stayed upstairs at the helm and didn’t really check in with us, bring drinks, or engage much with our group. We were expecting a slightly more attentive experience, especially on a private charter. There was also a miscommunication about our agreed drop-off location. Initially the crew didn’t have the correct destination, which created some confusion. To their credit, they confirmed the correct location and ultimately got us where we needed to go, but it did add some inconvenience to the day. Overall the boat itself is great, but clearer coordination and more proactive service from the crew would make the experience much better.

5.00We had a great time. Five adults and 2 children on a family trip. We enjoyed the sight seeing portion and the snorkeling portion. The water slide was a big hit with everyone. We felt safe and secure during the whole trip. We’d do it again. The Capt and the crew were fabulous and helpful.

5.00Great staff they were running a little late but made it up by letting us stay out longer. We had younger kids 5,4,2 they loved the slide and staff was great accommodating them . The snorkeling was great and kids were able to do that as well.

1.00My family and I were excited for an outing last week. Coastal view cancelled a couple of days before without any explanation or communication. In addition, they failed to respond to emails seeking information or alternative options.

1.00These guys overbook the days and then they cancel your day without notifying you!!!! Absolute scam. Ruined our entire day when we showed up and he said he canceled !!!!

5.00We had a fantastic day. These guys are fun and very accommodating! Tyrique, Casey, Kevin and Glenc were all so fun and danced with us, fed us and served drinks Non-stop. Couldn’t have been better.

5.00We had SUCH a fun day with CVC!! The crew was fun, attentive, and paid close attention to safety the entire time we were aboard!! TYRIQUE, CASEY, Captain KEVIN, and GLENC were fun while interacting with all guests and made sure we were on time back to our ship! 🚢 🚢 I highly recommend this crew!

5.00Amazing experience. The staff were so incredibly helpful, informative, friendly, kind and full of fun! They really got the party going on the boat and were also so attentive to us while we were snorkeling etc. A top class experience 😀 . Couldn't recommend this trip highly enough ! 10/10
