  Airport pick-up was flawless and received detailed airport guidance with travel ticket 48 hours in advance. However, did not receive good communication on pick-up for return trip to airport. With no notice received 24 hours in advance, I had to call 800# to confirm pick-up time, etc. I did finally get a text in the evening before next day pick-up; however, the communication on pick-up was not clear and experience was much different than how the arrival in Aruba communication worked.

  I highly recommend JP Transportation for airport transfer service while in Aruba. I called ahead to make sure everything had been arranged as expected through Trip Advisor, but had to hang up after two rings because I was boarding a plane. Someone from JP Transportation called back on a missed call and knew exactly who I was and assured me that we would be met at the airport and they were tracking our flight. Sure enough - after we cleared customs, two members of their team warmly greeted us with our name on an iPad sign and immediately took us to the pick up area where our driver was waiting with a well-maintained luxury SUV. Our driver was friendly and loaded our bags before safely transporting us to our accommodations near Palm Beach. If you want professional, high quality, and responsive service while in Aruba, you should definitely call JP Transportation.

  We had a very good experience with JP transport. He was waiting for us at airport with clearly marked sign. Picked us up at the curb and gave us food/travel suggestions on the ride. Car was large, new, clean SUV. We got a confirmation text the night before our flight home with pick up time and details. Driver was waiting for us 15 minutes early for pick up. Overall, great driver, great communication, and worth the cost!

  Driver was visible with sign and once contact was made. He explained he was going to get vehicle and exactly where he would pull up. He was back in a few minutes and we were at the resort in no time. Great experience
