  Visited Thierry’s wine shop with a longstanding friend (girls went shopping). Excellent degustation of 3 white and 4 reds from reasonably through medium priced to high. Detailed explanation of the sub region they came from, terroir, geographical setting etc etc. Compared to many wine dégustations this was the most detailed and fascinating masterclass in burgundy. Do not hesitate to visit and learn!

  Bert Well executed tasting with very good Wiens. You get an really good overview over good Wiens and our grown up children really enjoyed one of their First tastings.

  The staff is very pleasant and open to explaining everything. A lovely moment. Unfortunately, I find the price too high for the wines tasted, and the quantity served is really just the bottom of the glass.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting session with Alex. As we were the only 2, made this a very personal and informative experience. Alex provided great context of the different regions and the associated wines we tasted. Would highly recommend.

  What a fantastic experience! I did a tasting with my parents and Terry was so informative and took things at a slow pace for us wine novices. It’s a little outside of town but well worth the visit!

  We had an incredible wine tasting experience with Alex. We came in knowing almost nothing about Burgundy wines, and by the end, we felt like we had a real understanding of the region. What really stood out was how approachable and engaging Alex was. He explained everything clearly, in a way that was easy to follow without ever feeling oversimplified. We asked all kinds of basic questions, and he answered every one of them with patience and zero judgment, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell he’s deeply knowledgeable, but what makes him exceptional is his ability to share that knowledge in a way that actually sticks. We left not only having tasted great wines, but also with a much deeper appreciation and understanding of Burgundy. Highly recommend this experience, especially if you’re new to wine or just want to learn in a welcoming environment.

  Our wine guide Alex was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a really delightful time and met a lovely couple who joined us. The wines were outstanding and of great variety. This is not a typical one domaine tasting. The shop is not in city center with lots of tourists. It is very nicely priced especially for the selection of wines. We highly recommend a visit to the shop for an intimate experience.

  As wine novices, we really appreciated the wonderful overview of Burgundy wines Thierry provided. We tasted three whites and four reds, and it was a true pleasure to discover the subtle nuances and identify our personal preferences. Thierry was incredibly patient in answering all our questions, which gave us a much deeper understanding of wine!
