Amazing experience with Ricky and Memo. They took good care of us and showed us amazing fishes and turtles. Would recommend to anyone.

This was a complete disappointment. This was a bucket list experience for me and what a let down. While our guide and captain were friendly, they never really did a “tour.” I thought they would tell us facts or info but nope. We literally only stopped once to look at the fish/marine life for about 30 seconds. We barely saw anything. Then I thought I would be able to take pictures but the guide insisted on taking them and they were terrible but it was impossible to know that until we got off the boat. They were completely overpriced but I felt obligated to buy them otherwise I would have no pictures from the boat ride. My whole family was so disappointed in this experience especially since we were so looking forward to it and spent our only morning in Isla Mujeres doing this lame boat ride.

We loved the clear boat! Beautiful experience, but I felt rushed. We really spent little time exploring and looking for fish. I felt the tour was more a photo shoot and should have been advertised as such. We were lucky to have 3 daughters so they didn’t mind too much, but I think other families should know just what they are signing up for…
