  On time. Reliable. They will be outside across the road from the airport exit. We were having trouble finding them but once we figure out where the rest of the transfer services are, everything went smoothly. Thank you! 😊

  On time with clean and comfortable vehicles. Drivers are very nice and courteous. Driver was waiting at airport with our name on sign which made finding him easy. Affordable pricing. Highly recommend.

  This trip almost ranked as a perfect 10, save for our experience at the airports. Without getting into too much detail, a word of advice for West Jet, work on your boarding process, after all these years, you should be better at it. Flight crews both to and From Dominican Rep., Top Drawer, a truly positive experience. Majestic Elegance, Elegance Club, could really be the benchmark for care and comfort of guest and customer service. Right from Check in and room delivery by our "Butler" Diego, who checked in on us daily and was there for a needs, everyone from the Animation to to maintenance staff showed a level of customer service that we have not seen at a resort. Friendliness, service and honest caring was the predominant theme, which is reflected in the restaurants, the pools , the grounds and the rooms. Not only would I recommend this experience, We are going back!

  Excellent drivers who also gave us recommendations for local food spots. Drivers from and to the airport and resort were on time and provided us with beverages. They wait until you're out of the airport which is nice since the local taxi is very pushy. Overall great and safe traveling experience!

  The drivers for both trips to and from airport were very professional. Very good service. Tori (driver) was amazing. The cost is higher than the regular taxi or Uber, but we are glad we went Punta Cana transfer because of a situation happened to a fellow tourist staying in the same resort. Story time: our fellow tourist tried to take an Uber instead of arranging transportation ahead of time. At the airport the Uber driver started to negotiate the price that is double of what Uber app was quoting. Finally the driver agreed to a lower amount but still higher than Uber quote. At the dropoff while the tourist gave the credit card to the driver for the payment, the driver charged $782 which was luckily declined by the credit card company and the second time he charged $35 which is still higher than that what he agreed upon. So, we are glad we booked the airport transfer with Punta Cana transfers and avoided unnecessary problems and had a smooth a satisfactory experience.

  My husband and I used Punta Cana Transfer for pick up and return from Punta Cana Intl Airport to Majestic Elegance. Service was seamless and flawless. Our driver, with a modern and clean vehicle, was waiting for our arrival and also for our return trip. Julio was constantly in communication with us. He also, arranged our buggy tour with Adventure Buggy which was a fantastic tour that we immensely enjoyed. We highly recommend this company for their responsibility and disposition to help you plan basically anything you have in mind. Thanks Julio, for your great service!

  Responsiveness was excellent. They were available via WhatsApp at all times and responded almost immediately. Our transfer driver, Super Mark, was at the airport waiting for us, even after a 2 hour immigration line. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had, even taught us some things about the country and language. He was excellent. The vehicle was very spacious and comfortable with cold, bottled water waiting for us which was much needed. I couldn't recommend them enough and when we go back, I will book through them without hesitation. Thanks for providing such a great service and for being so accommodating! It is very appreciated when traveling to a foreign country and helps you feel that much safer and more comfortable knowing they will take good care of you.
