Fantastic service and professionalism from Normund and Eero. Our transfer was from Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi to Ice Hotel, Sweden. NortsaV Tours made our journey and experience an absolute pleasure. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Normund kept me informed from the time I made the booking till our timeous pickup. Eero, our driver, was such a delightful, courteous young man. Normund was also kind enough to assist when our train from Jukkasjarvi to Narvik was cancelled. So appreciate the effort guys, truly impressed by your exceptional effort.

Comfortable transfer with great atmosphere. Very trustful, helpful and punctual driver, sharing stories and tips about life and traveling in Finland. Wifi on board! Highly recommended :))

Both our drivers Normund and Joonas are very courteous, helpful and right on time. Very informative and accomodating. Provided a very smooth and safe ride. Highly recommended!
